The Grant Fund for 2011-13 is now open for applications.
If you are a charity, voluntary or community organisation working in Kent or
Medway and are supporting people who are over 18 years of age and are
not employed to access learning or employment then you can apply for a
grant of up to £12,000.
To find out if you might be eligible to apply for an ESF Community Grant download the Criteria and guidelines document. Alternatively you can ring us on 01303 813790 or email communitygrants@ruralkent.org.uk. If you would like to apply for an ESF Community Grant, please email communitygrants@ruralkent.org.uk.
As ESF is a complicated fund to use, it is important that organisations fully understand the administrative and delivery commitments they will need to make if they are offered funding for their project. The process is very competitive and funds are limited. With this in mind we have organised an Information Day on 13th July 2012 , please contact the office for more details. Attendance is essential and places are limited.
The BIG Lottery Fund is investing an additional £75 million specifically for rural and urban community-use buildings through its flagship programme, Reaching Communities.
From early December 2010, voluntary and community sector organisations and parish and town councils across England will be able to apply for capital funding from BIG of between £100,000 to £500,000.
For more information, ring the BIG Lottery Fund on 08454 102030 or click here.
We offer a maximum of £750 towards community planning exercises and for projects arising from those exercises in West Kent.
